Refunds will take the form of a coupon that can be used with our website.
- Foreign currency loss will NOT occur due to fluctuation in exchange rates.
- The refund is faster than a general refund.
- There is no handling fee.

1 Coupons can be used for approximately 5 months.
2 The refund method cannot be changed after coupons are issued.
