Returns and Exchanges
We will only accept returns if we are contacted within 14 days from the delivery of items.
Please return your items within 7 days from receiving confirmation from our Customer Service.
* As a general rule, we do not exchange items.
* We cannot accept returns/exchanges for items that have been kept for 15 or more days from the time of delivery.
* How to Return/Exchange *
Step 1. Click on "Return/Exchange" in the Inquiry Form.

Step 2. Fill in the necessary fields, and click on the "Send" button

* Exchanges are accepted when... *
1) Delivered items are different from those ordered (misdelivery).
2) Delivered items are defective.
3) Delivered items are damaged.
* In the above cases, nissen will bear the return shipping cost.
(However, we ask that customers first pay for the shopping cost when they send the item. Once we receive the returned items, we will refund the shipping cost.)

If the item you want to exchange is not in stock, we will refund the item amount.

Please understand that we cannot accept returns in the following cases:
1) Items that have been used or worn.
-Underwear, Swimsuits
-Shoes, Sandals, Sneakers (No problem if tried on indoors)
2) Marked down items
3) Items without their original case/package, tags, other included items, warranty, certificate, or any part of a set item.
* Please compile and return all parts of a set item. (We cannot accept only one part of a set item.)
4) Items that have been adjusted (rolled-up sleeves, etc.) or cleaned by the customer.
5) Items that have been damaged, broken, or soiled while in the customer's possession.
6) Items that have been kept for more than 15 days after delivery without any compelling reasons.
